Injection molding is a manufacturing process used to produce parts in high volume with multi-cavity tooling. Most instances require high volume runs, but we can help with small run sampling as well as any necessary overflow work you may need help with. Our injection mold machines range from 80 ton to 500 ton, with intrusion capability. Which gives us the capability to handle projects of all shapes and sizes. We work with a wide variety of materials including: ABS, Acrylic, Hips, Nylon, Polycarbonate, Polyethylene, Polypropylene and Santoprene.
